This keyboard requires two 2 x AAA batteries, which are not included.

Do I need to spend some time getting used to the keyboard?

Where is the USB receiver placed?

The dongle is located under the battery compartment cover.

What should I do if the multimedia shortcuts do not respond?

(1) The FN lock is turned off. To switch between the multimedia shortcuts and the F1–F12 keys, press the circular “FN” button.

(2) Some shortcut function keys are not available on Mac devices.

Does the keyboard have Bluetooth connectivity?

No Bluetooth function, the keyboard is connected by 2.4G wireless connection.

Q1: How can I fix the keyboard connection or key delay problem?

(1) There must be no more than 10 meters between the keyboard and the device. Remove intermediate obstacles.(2) Insufficient keyboard power could be the issue. Please promptly change the battery if the power indicator flashes red.(3) Try plugging in and out the USB again. Position the keyboard as closely as you can.(4) Try connecting to a different computer to see whether the problem persists.

Q2: How do I handle a jammed keyboard button?

(1) The issue was caused by a computer update. If this is the case, attempt restarting your computer and reconnecting your keyboard.(2) Debris could fall into the crevices of the keys while in use. In this situation, try flipping the keyboard over and tapping to get rid of the object.(3) Prevent coffee or water from penetrating the keyboard when in regular use.Don’t worry, if you can’t resolve this issue, please let me know right away.
